DAY 1.: wild-9

Upon arrival at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport you will meet your driver/guide whom will brief you about coming days. Start your exciting safari adventure and leave Nairobi’s beautiful chaos behind. Head South over the beautiful and endless Athi plains.

Amboseli National Park is located at the foot of majestic Mount Kilimanjaro, Africa’s highest mountain.

You will arrive in time for lunch at Tawi Lodge and thereafter you are going on your first game drive. You will return back to the lodge in perfect timing for a fresh up and dinner.

Listen to the magic sounds of the African Bush – all this under the spectacular African sky where the stars seem brighter than anywhere else.

DAY 2.: wild-4

Spend all day in Amboseli doing activities planned together with your guide – bird watching, morning, afternoon & night game drive.

Elephants are undoubtedly the kings of the park and you will find them in large numbers. These elephants can be seen and photographed easily because of the flat terrain. Elephants in Amboseli are also considered among the biggest in the country.

The Elephants share their home with the Burchell zebra, Thomson’s and Grant’s gazelles, buffalo, spring pigs, black rhino, Maasai giraffe, impala, waterbuck and dik-dik to name a few. Baboons and guarded monkeys live in the scanty forests. Lions, hyenos, wild cats, schakal and karakals represent the carnivores. Cheetah and leopards are not so common.
